On average, creating and sending an invoice at FactuurSturen only takes 57 seconds! The invoices are also fully linked to SEPA, PayPal and iDeal payment options, among others. How the integration works:

Orders: Orders for your products on webshops/marketplaces are automatically sent from ProductFlow, including the necessary data, to FactuurSturen. This way they are completely and flawlessly transferred to your administration.

Scan invoices With a handy mobile app you can easily scan an invoice or receipt, so that it is immediately included in your administration. No more manually taking photos, sending them in an e-mail and downloading them to your computer!

Automatic debits Do you sell products as a subscription or with recurring costs? Then Mollie's SEPA direct debit software is useful for you. Direct debit payments are completely taken out of your hands and if a payment fails, it will be followed up automatically.

Corporate identity invoices Make sure that all invoices match your corporate identity by using one of the ten templates. Of course you can further edit these templates with color, a background, logo and more.

Register hours In addition to invoices, you can also easily register your or employees' hours in the FactuurSturen system. You can then quickly process these hours into an invoice in your house style.

Packing slips Of course you want to bother customers as little as possible with emails. When sending your invoices, you can also choose to send the packing slip at the same time.

International sales Do you sell products or services abroad? Then the settlement of other currencies can sometimes be difficult in the invoicing. This does not apply to FactuurSturen. The settlement is done automatically for you. You can therefore simply invoice in euros.

Automatic backup All invoices, receipts and quotes can be automatically saved in your cloud. This way you always have a backup on, for example, Google Drive or Dropbox when your laptop decides to stop.
