About the integration

DHL is the first party to make international deliveries possible. Since its foundation in 1969, they have been continuously working on improving logistics. Meanwhile, DHL is the most famous shipping company in the world. The network of branches in more than 220 countries enables shipments almost all over the world. A large part of the CO2 emissions required for this is recovered through sustainable initiatives. DHL is therefore more than a shipping company and is constantly improving logistics services and the world. A great party to add to the integrations of ProductFlow. Set carriers

Click on your profile picture in the top left of the ProductFlow dashboard. Your profile page opens. Click on ''Carriers'' at the bottom of this page under the heading Integrations. Then click on the orange plus sign at the bottom right to add a new carrier. A number of options open. Click DHL. Enter the details of your DHL account in this window. No DHL account yet? Then create it here .

Choose regular carrier In the ProductFlow platform it is possible to choose DHL as the regular carrier for orders on bol.com, for example. To do this follow these steps. Click on your profile picture in the top left. On the profile page, click on ''Carriers'' at the bottom under the heading assignments. Here you can see the carriers that have been added to your account. Click on the edit icon (pen) to the right of DHL. Select the desired carrier to the right of the relevant marketplace and click save.

Print packing slip and shipping label We recommend testing everything once the settings are complete. To print a packing slip and shipping label, first go to the heading ''Orders'' in the menu. Click on the order you want to send. This will take you to the overview of the order. Click on the ''Print'' button at the top left to print the packing slip. Then click on the ''DHL'' button to the right of it. Isn't DHL listed here? Then take a look at the previous step. Check the address details and shipping options (evening delivery, signature for receipt, etc.). If everything is correct, click on the blue button ''Submit order''. By clicking ''Ship'' you can mark the order as shipped.

Bulk printing Printing multiple packing slips and shipping labels for DHL in one go is also possible! To do this follow these steps. Click on 'Orders' in the menu. You enter the overview of the orders. Then click on ''Waves'' at the top. Click on the red plus sign at the bottom right of this page. So you are going to add a Wave. Select the orders you want to print in bulk. The filter options on the left ensure a faster selection. When the selection is complete, click on save at the bottom right. You enter the ''Print, Pick & Pack'' overview. If the information is correct, click on the bottom right to continue (red arrow). A PDF file with all shipping labels opens. Print these labels by clicking on the printer icon on the right.
