About the integration

As a CCV Shop user, you benefit from a simple integration with ProductFlow. Our platform allows you to manage all your marketplaces and webshops, including CCV Shop, in one central location. Thanks to our advanced tools and automatic content reuse, you can offer your CCV Shop assortment on multiple (international) marketplaces within a few clicks. This not only makes the process more efficient, but also helps you to increase your online reach and optimize your sales activities without extra effort.

The content, orders, offers and shipments are all fully integrated:

  • Content: With ProductFlow you can manage both the basic information of your products and the specific content for each individual marketplace or webshop.
  • Orders: Orders are retrieved from CCV Shop and can then be processed in ProductFlow. This also works the other way around: ProductFlow can send orders to CCV Shop to be processed there.
  • Offers: ProductFlow retrieves the stocks, sales prices and delivery times from CCV Shop. It is also possible to manage these offers directly from ProductFlow for CCV Shop.
  • Shipments: Thanks to the shipments link, the shipping information of orders that have been shipped is sent back to CCV Shop. This allows CCV Shop to automatically send an email to confirm that the order has been shipped. It is also possible to pass on the Track & Trace data to CCV Shop, so that this information can be added to the email to the customer and is visible with the order in the customer account.
